Forbidden Fruits: INTIMA Campaign Video

A campaign video for the INTIMA collection by the label Forbidden Fruits, built around an ice skating performance and finished with Super 8 footage.
INTIMA is a performance first and a product video second: one skater, one rink and a camera that moves with her.
The Idea
Forbidden Fruits wanted the collection to feel like a performance, not a catalogue. The ice skating became the spine of the film, with the pieces seen in motion, the way they would be worn.
How We Shot It
Shot in Melbourne on 26 June 2025 at an ice rink, with a Steadicam operator, a gaffer and a lighting assistant keeping the cold, hazy light consistent as the skater moved across the ice.
Alongside the digital cameras we also shot on Super 8, which was developed and scanned after the shoot.
In the Edit
The cut went through three versions. We lifted the exposure in the darker scenes, balanced screen time between the two talent and swapped in the best of the Super 8 once it came back from the lab.
Picture was locked before sound design, so the length was fixed once it went to the sound designer.
The Result
Released in August 2025 as the INTIMA campaign video, featuring pieces from Sexiaz Lingerie and Zenno Archive.
